In the suburbs of Cuernavaca, Mexico, a former ice cream shop was to be converted into a café. A combination of light blue and grey cement covers the floor. The round cushions on the stools create a scattered color palette. Wooden round tables bring warmth to the space whilst their shape converses with the cushions.

The bar displays an asymmetrical geometric motif bringing additional movement to the visual landscape. The front banner imitates the gradient of the sky, inviting customers to step into a pleasant and calm space amidst the hustle and bustle of the busy street. A terrace open to the street is separated by many plants in large rectangular planters, contrasting with the forest of cement all around.
